We are always on the look out for new talent and to make our fairs bigger and better each year. All exhibitors have to apply to attend our fairs, this way we can maintain a fair standard of work across the board and our customers can expect a curated exhibition of local talent.
We try incredibly hard not to replicate. Duplicate crafts are allowed as long as they are significantly different in their approach or subject. Sadly, for 2024 we are not accepting applications for jewellers.

Returning for 2024!
A showcase of local talent! Makers and creators from Henfield and the surrounding area come together twice a year at Berretts Farm. Painters, printmakers, jewellers, illustrators, potters and every talent thereafter.
Since it's inception we have had amazing feedback and increidble attendance, with many of our exhibitors returning year after year and who have exhibited with us since our first Fair. We also offer onsite parking for these two events.
With a licensed bar, great local street food vendors and in a stunning setting, looking across the South Downs.
What's the process?
To apply for a pitch, please complete the form at the bottom of the page and submit three pictures that best display your work. If accepted, we will send over a booking form.
We offer two types of pitches, outside or undercover. Outsisde pithces are allocated a 3m x 3m space and you will have to provide your own gazebo/tables. Undercover pitches offer the same size area, but a gazebo is provided for you - you still have to provide your own table.
Pitches are allocated randomly, and we don't hold reservations.
Lets talk money...
For 2024 we are not increasing our prices to attend. If you book for both fairs, before 22nd April 2024, you save £10.
Outside pitches are £40 / Joint £70
Undercover pitches are £60 / Joint £110
Unlike other fairs, after you have paid for your pitch you pay us no more money. We don't take payment on your behalf and we don't take a commission. You keep 100% of what you take on the day. It is your responsibility to have the facilities to accept payments. Most people prefer to pay with card and we have great internet signal here to accept these payments.
